PMFinder undertakes not to reveal information about candidates or employers without their consent. Information is only accessible to authorized persons. PMFinder is subject to the provisions of the federal confidentiality law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. PMFinder undertakes to respect candidates’ right to control access to their personal information and consent to the ways in which this information is used, shared and retained.
TRANSPARENCY AND ETHICS IN LOBBYISM
Our company is registered as a company lobbyist with the Registre des lobbyistes du Québec.
Our code of business and ethics conduct has been developed according to the values of PMFinder and the laws, regulations and rules that apply to PMFinder and its activities.
Our code has been designed to promote:
- Honest and ethical conduct, integrity in all activities and compliance with the law
- Preventing all situations of real or perceived conflicts of interest, or, in cases where prevention is not possible, appropriate disclosure and ethical management of this real or perceived conflict
- Prompt disclosure of any known or reasonably suspected violation of this code
- Accountability in adhering to this code
- Our code applies to all administrators, directors and employees of PMFinder
