Edward Aronson received his doctorate in organizational behaviour from McGill University in 2003. He created the leadership program and taught it to both undergraduate and graduate students at McGill. He also offers seminars on effective leadership at the McGill Executive Institute.
Dr. Aronson is a highly renowned leadership specialist. He is a consultant for companies in the public and private sectors. He designed and developed his program based on empirical research in this field. The success of his leadership program has extended beyond our borders.
Before completing his doctorate, he held higher management positions in the industry for more than 30 years. His practical experience in the field of business has given him in-depth knowledge of the issues and difficulties that industry leaders face.
Dr. Aronson has lived abroad and has travelled throughout eastern and western Europe, in South America, in the Far East and in the Middle East. He recently developed leadership programs for Saudi Arabia and is also known for the articles he has published in a number of academic publications.
